Tadert Titbirine is a company of hand Weavers and Embroiderers, created by Brigitte Perkins in 1995 in the heart of the ancient Marrakesh Medina.

The company has reinstated the age-old art of hand-made loom weaving and Moroccan needle embroidery, which in recent times had fallen into disuse. Tadert Titbirine offers exclusively hand-crafted and traditionally produced classic patterns, as well as contemporary incarnations of this art.

The creative source can expand upon traditional Moroccan design and patterns, without being limited by them. Classic Moroccan motifs can be restructured or taken to another level by Brigitte Perkins’ original creations, or the inspiration of decorators and private clients. The hand-crafted textiles and embroidery may thusly preserve their unique quality as original creations, born of the taste and inspiration of individuals or style professionals, who seek refinement and luxury as well as genuine authenticity.

Tadert Titbirine respects and encourages the guidelines set forth by fair trade, and pledges to use nothing but noble materials and all-natural threads such as raw, hand-picked organic cotton.
